PORCELAIN ADDITION, NEWARK NJ

Our Italian design heritage is founded on the appreciation of how architecture can help symbolize natural transformation, over time.
Designed by Aldo Andreoli with Claudio Delmonte, this project consists in the conversion of an existing warehouse located in Newark, NJ and the addition of 4 additional stories on top of the original concrete structure.
The addition will be cladded with oversize porcelain tiles, fabricated by Florim in Italy. Read more
