MILLION DOLLAR LISTING 290 WEST, NEW YORK

Our passion for creating an artistic habitat often involves delving deeply into the past, to define the future.
Recalling Tribeca’s industrial past, this condominium building features unobstructed views of the Hudson River through floor-to-ceiling factory windows.
Designed in collaboration with Morris Adjmi Architects, each of the 290 West Street’s 13 condominium units features unobstructed views of the Hudson River through floor-to-ceiling factory sash windows.
The lower volume is almost a perfect cube while the upper volume is setback to create private terraces for two duplex units. At the top of the building, a full-floor penthouse features a large projecting bay that gives the building a distinct presence on Manhattan’s West Side.
